Accessibility Statement

Agxio Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) builds governed AI applications for high-stakes decisions in life sciences, animal health, and financial and legal domains. The same standards of rigour we apply to our products apply to this website: it should be usable by our customers, partners, candidates and the public, whatever technology or assistive tools they use to reach it.

This statement sets out our approach to web accessibility, the standard we work to, what we know still needs improvement, and how to contact us about it.

We want everyone — including people who are blind, partially sighted, deaf or hard of hearing, or who have a motor or cognitive impairment — to be able to read about what Agxio does, understand our products, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.

Accessibility is treated as a standing design and engineering requirement for this site, not a one-off compliance exercise. It is considered whenever we design a new page, build a new component, or make significant content changes.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 define requirements for making web content more accessible, at three levels: A, AA and AAA. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard most commonly adopted by organisations of our size and the level referenced in UK accessibility regulations for public-facing websites.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard, as set out in Known Limitations below. We are actively working through these.

4.1This statement covers the pages and content published at agxio.com, including our platform, product, solutions, proof, insights, company and contact pages.

4.2It does not cover content we link to on third-party websites, or content hosted by our partners, clients or platform providers, which is governed by those parties’ own accessibility policies.

4.3It does not cover the private, authenticated areas of any EndoNative™ application we deliver for a specific client, which are addressed separately as part of that engagement.

As a matter of course, our design and engineering teams build this site to the following standards:

5.1Semantic, structured HTML so that headings, landmarks and page structure can be understood by assistive technology.

5.2Colour combinations that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios for body text, headings and interactive elements.

5.3Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, forms and interactive controls, with a visible focus indicator.

5.4Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and diagrams, and no alternative text on purely decorative ones.

5.5Responsive layouts that support browser zoom and text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or function.

5.6Forms with clear labels, visible instructions, and error messages that identify the field and the problem.

We check key pages and user journeys — including navigation, our contact form, and our published insights — using a combination of automated accessibility scanning, manual keyboard-only navigation, and screen reader testing (including NVDA and VoiceOver). Accessibility checks are part of our review process for new pages and for significant updates to existing ones.

Some content on this site — such as embedded video, analytics tools, or partner and client logos — is supplied by external providers and may not fully meet the same standard we hold our own content to. Where practicable, we ask third-party suppliers to meet WCAG 2.2 AA, and we take this into account when selecting new tools and vendors.

This website is designed to work with current and recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with commonly used assistive technology, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver, screen magnification software, and speech recognition software. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your browser and any assistive technology up to date.

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them. If you find a barrier not listed here, please tell us using the contact details in Section 10.

9.1Some older downloadable documents (such as PDFs) may not be fully tagged for screen readers.

9.2A small number of embedded third-party components, such as maps or video players, may not be fully operable by keyboard alone.

9.3Some data visualisations and charts on our insights and platform pages rely partly on colour to convey information, and do not yet include a full text-based equivalent.
